Hey there! I'm Kristina, a first-generation immigrant who identifies as cis-gender and goes by she/her pronouns. I support youth (12+), adults, and families in learning how to function more skillfully. My passion lies with supporting survivors of traumatic life experiences in their healing - It's an absolute honour to support you in your therapy journey! I also provide clinical supervision to Registered Psychotherapists, and Social Workers.
